Busted Get, Errr Busted Again
James Bourne and Matt Willis of former boy band "Busted" have been issued with a High Court deadline to provide a defence agaist claims by founding band members Ki Fitzgerald and Owen Doyle that they co-wrote some of Busted's biggest hits - including "What I Go To School For", "Year 3000" and "Sleeping With The Light On" - when they were part of the band's original line-up.
Fitzgerald and Doyle claim that they were swindled out of songwriting royalties. The High Court has given James and Matt 28 days to build a defence, if they fail to do so Fitzgerald and Owen will be entitled to apply for a default judgement against their former band mates.
Entertainment Law Associates spokesman says: "It will be interesting to see how expelling Ki and Owen from their own band and taking their writing credits off Busted's biggest hits can be reconciled with their former manager's obligations to act in their best interests at all times."

TOUR INFO
Hey people just to let people know the tour info is taking longer as we are going to Japan and australia and America now which means the whole thing is taking longer to finalise.
We are not rushing the second album out for christams as we see no point in that we are gonna take our time on it.
I am still in NYC writing for S O D and now i am doing songs for TRAIN cos i like the singers voice so much.
Dont give me a hard time for not replying to all your mesages i try my hardest and its impossible, you wouldnt manage it either. If iI didnt care about you guys I wouldnt be writing this blog to keep you updated.
We will be playing new songs for the first time on the get happy tour which you will see in my top friends so add it if you wanna know more about it.
The new songs we dont play on the get happy tour will be played on THE SIC TOUR...
